02Your account and responsibilities

Use your own phone number, provide accurate information, and keep verification codes private. Record only farms and information that you are authorized to manage.

Do not misuse Sutra, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

03Farm records and map estimates

Farm boundaries and acreage shown in Sutra are based on the coordinates you provide and mapping calculations. They are estimates for reference and are not a legal survey, proof of ownership, or a land-title record.

Check important land measurements and ownership information with the appropriate professionals or authorities before relying on them for a legal or financial decision. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

04Your information and service availability

You retain your rights to the information you provide. Sutra processes it to deliver and support the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control, including connectivity and third-party mapping or authentication services. We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens service security.

05Payments and refunds

This public website does not accept payments. If you purchase a paid Sutra service, its price and relevant details must be communicated before purchase.

If you contact Sutra within 14 days of making a payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. See our Refund Policy for how to make your request.
